Oregon Pride in Business is kicking off Pride Month with Oregon Pride in Business at Xanadu Astoria — the first and only LGBTQ+ bar on the Pacific Northwest Coast!

Oregon Pride in Business (ORPIB) is the LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce for Oregon and SW Washington. They welcome all businesses, non-profits, and professionals who identify as LGBTQ+ or as an Ally. Through their guiding values of service, leadership, diversity and inclusion, and success, they champion opportunity, development, and advocacy for Oregon’s LGBTQ+ businesses, and they serve as a connective hub for LGBTQ+ professionals and work to advance economic prosperity for the LGBTQ+ community. ORPIB offers its members support with marketing, networking, and business growth. ORPIB promotes entrepreneurship and champions the success of LGBTQ+ businesses. They envision an economically-empowered LGBTQ+ business community that inspires others.

For most of ORPIB's history, they have been a Portland-based chamber. With their expansion in 2021 to serve all of Oregon and SW Washington, it is integral to their mission to reach out to and connect with communities throughout the region to learn about how they can support LGBTQ+ businesses and professionals across the state. We're excited to host this outreach and networking event as an initial step in serving the North Coast Community through our Programs and Partnerships.
